A Nigerian lawyer, entrepreneur, policy advocate, writer, and civic leader with over eight years of professional experience spanning law, governance, legislative advocacy, international development, real estate, and technology-driven urban development

He is the Managing Director of BoldBrick Smart Homes an Abuja-based real estate development company focused on smart housing, integrated communities, sustainable infrastructure, and technology-enabled urban development, He has also served with CISLAC where he worked on legislative advocacy, transparency, accountability, anti-corruption, and citizen participation in governance.

Gimba’s international development experience includes work with Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF), engaging governments, regional institutions, and international partners on health policy, humanitarian affairs, and stakeholder development. He is also the founder of Magna Legalese Limited providing legal, regulatory, corporate, and strategic advisory services.

He holds an LL.M from the University of East London, a Master’s degree in International Affairs and Diplomacy, and an LL.B from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. Called to the Nigerian Bar in 2017, his professional interests include good governance, institutional reform, human rights, sustainable urban development, technology, and innovation.

Beyond his professional work, Gimba is a writer, cultural advocate, and community development enthusiast. He founded the Yobe Literary Society and has authored and co-authored literary works, while supporting emerging writers through the Gimba Suleiman Hassan Esq. Poetry Prize.
